The group meets from 6:00-7:30 p.m. in the Preschool Room (with a short time in the Fellowship Hall). They enjoy music games, singing, and playing bells in the Annabells choir. A snack and recreation time are also part of this experience. Directors: Shelly Litz and Nancy Jacobs.

The segment concludes with a devotion and prayer time.

Instrumental Groups

  • Beginner Handbell Choir

Rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings, 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Choir Room, and include physical warm-ups, technique exercises, and work on Handbell music. The choir plays in worship 4-6 times a year.
  • Chancel Handbell Choir and Handbell Ensembles
High school youth and adults with ringing experience are invited to join these groups as openings become available. Currently, openings are available for the 2007-2008 year. New ringers must meet with the Director before joining. Rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings, 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the Choir Room. The groups play in worship every 4-6 weeks and for special services.
  • High School Handbell Ensemble
High school youth with advanced ringing experience are invited to join this ensemble, which participates in worship about four times a year.
